Eventspedia® operates solely as an online discovery directory and digital showroom for the event, wedding, and exhibition industry.

• Eventspedia® is not an agency, general contractor, broker, or employer of listed vendors.
• Eventspedia® does not participate in client quote negotiations, contracts, escrow, or project payments.
• Listing under this Vendor Agreement does not create any joint venture, partnership, or legal agency with EMRG Solutions.

Registered vendors receive dedicated tools to expand visibility across global event markets:

• Search-engine-optimized profile listing indexed under specialized technical rider tags across 23 Main and 140+ Sub Categories.
• Direct on-page client inquiry routing via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and website clicks.
• Unlimited DIY profile editing access to update equipment specs, showreels, and photo galleries in real time.
• Eligibility for the verified In-House Production Unit badge upon successful audit.
• Promotional amplification opportunities across our opted-in industry database of 29.8K+ users.

To preserve directory credibility for corporate planners and event agencies, vendors claiming in-house capabilities under this Vendor Agreement must complete our verification audit:

• Submission of workshop/warehouse lease agreements, property deeds, or utility records.
• Documentary proof of owned machinery (A/V inventory, CNC machines, German hangar structures, Octanorm stock, DG sets).
• Live facility walkthrough media showing active production floor operations and fabrication assets.
• Verification of permanent technical staff and adherence to on-site structural safety standards.

Paid vendor memberships, featured placements, and advertising plans are annual digital subscription services processed via Razorpay.

• No refunds, chargebacks, or credits for early subscription cancellation or profile deactivation.
• No refunds based on inquiry volume, lead quality, or client closing rates.
• Annual memberships provide 365 days of active visibility and renew automatically unless canceled at least 72 hours prior to the billing date.
• Listing plans are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another commercial entity.

• Vendors must maintain valid business registrations, local trade licenses, and shop-act permits.
• Vendors are solely responsible for all tax collection, commercial invoicing, and statutory GST compliance.
• Vendors must maintain adequate public liability, workman compensation, and equipment transit insurance for on-site operations.
• Vendors must execute services strictly in accordance with quotes, technical riders, and contracts agreed upon directly with clients.

• Vendors warrant that they own or hold authorized commercial licenses for all photos, video showreels, brochures, and logos uploaded to their profiles.
• Vendors grant Eventspedia® a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote uploaded media across digital channels.
• Eventspedia® reserves the right to immediately remove any media flagged for intellectual property or trademark infringement.

• Clients may publish public reviews and star ratings reflecting genuine service engagements.
• Astroturfing, fake reviews, compensated ratings, or reviews posted by internal staff/family are strictly prohibited.
• Disputed reviews can be submitted for verification to support@eventspedia.in with supporting project documentation within 48 hours of notification.
• Eventspedia® retains final editorial discretion on review investigations, edits, and removals.

Featured placements, category spotlight banners, and premium directory rankings provide enhanced visibility and algorithmic reach. Eventspedia® makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding specific lead counts, contract values, or commercial returns under this Vendor Agreement.

Eventspedia® (EMRG Solutions) is not liable for vendor-client disputes, unpaid client balances, property damage, event cancellations, gear failures, or lost business profits.

Total platform liability to any vendor for any claim shall be capped strictly at the total subscription amount paid by that vendor to Eventspedia® during the active service period.

• No automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to harvest client inquiries, vendor contact numbers, or listings.
• No copying of platform structure, design layouts, taxonomy, or meta assets.
• Unauthorized extraction will result in immediate listing deactivation and legal action under the IT Act, 2000.

• This Vendor Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of India.
• Parties agree to seek informal amicable resolution with our grievance desk prior to initiating formal legal claims.
• Exclusive legal jurisdiction shall reside solely with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
