• Terms & Conditions — General directory rules, acceptable use, platform limitations, and zero-commission disclosures.
• Privacy Policy — DPDP Act compliance, data retention periods, hosting environments, and grievance redressal workflows.
• Vendor Agreement — Subscription parameters, In-House Production Unit audits, GSTIN verification, and copyright indemnity.
• Customer Agreement — Due diligence rules, direct inquiry handling, and transaction boundaries for planners and organizers.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy — Strict non-refundable terms on paid listing tiers, badges, and Razorpay digital billing.
• Cookie Policy — Tracking declarations, performance telemetry, and visitor consent management.
• GDPR & International Notice — International cross-border disclosures and dashboard self-service tools (data download & deletion).

• Eventspedia® operates solely as an independent search, discovery, and digital showroom directory.
• All quotations, commercial negotiations, technical riders, contracts, and financial payments occur directly between the Planner and the Vendor.
• Listing placement does not guarantee minimum lead volumes, business confirmations, or revenue conversions.

Vendor listings and featured category advertising are digital subscription services processed via Razorpay.

• All payments made to Eventspedia® (EMRG Solutions) are strictly non-refundable once digital profile activation has occurred.
• Annual memberships grant 365 days of live digital directory visibility and promotional access.
• Subscription cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice prior to the renewal date via user dashboard settings.

Data processing complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the Information Technology Act, 2000. All account information, media, and contact logs are stored across enterprise cloud infrastructure (including Hostinger and Accu Web Hosting) in India and the United States.

• Vendors must hold authorized commercial rights to all portfolio photos, technical specs, videos, and logos uploaded to their profiles.
• Eventspedia® maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward copyright infringement and acts swiftly under notice-and-takedown procedures.
• Copyright notices should be submitted with proof of ownership directly to support@eventspedia.in.

In no event shall Eventspedia® (EMRG Solutions) or its founders, officers, and scouts be liable for vendor service defaults, equipment breakdowns, show-day cancellations, property damage, monetary losses between independent contracting parties, or cyber theft beyond reasonable operational controls.

• All policies and directory interactions are governed exclusively by the laws of India.
• Parties agree to attempt good-faith informal mediation with our grievance desk prior to initiating formal legal claims.
• Exclusive legal jurisdiction resides solely with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Any formal legal action must be filed within six (6) months from the date the cause of action arose.
