Strict No Refund Policy

Eventspedia® is a registered trademark and unit of EMRG Solutions.

This Eventspedia Refund Policy explains the rules governing payments, refunds, cancellations, and disputes across all services, listings, and advertising purchases made on the platform.

1. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO EVENTSPEDIA® ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refunds on business listings
No refunds on featured placements
No refunds on advertisements (Ads)
No refunds on promotional services
No refunds on subscription or membership plans

By making a purchase on Eventspedia®, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES (NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE)

Eventspedia® operates strictly as a listing and discovery platform. Payments made by users are for visibility, promotion, and digital presence only.

No guarantee of leads
No guarantee of bookings
No guarantee of revenue or ROI
No guarantee of user engagement

ZERO COMMISSION POLICY: Eventspedia® does not participate in transactions and does not charge commission on leads or bookings.

3. NO CANCELLATIONS

Once a listing or service is activated, it cannot be cancelled
Subscriptions and advertisements cannot be terminated mid-term for refund
Downgrades or partial refunds are not permitted

4. EXCEPTION POLICY (VERY LIMITED)

Refunds may only be considered in extremely rare cases where:

Duplicate payment due to technical error
Unauthorized transaction verified by payment provider

All such cases will be subject to internal investigation and approval by Eventspedia®. Approval is at sole discretion.

5. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Eventspedia® is a violation of this policy
Accounts may be suspended or permanently restricted
Legal action may be initiated in case of fraudulent disputes

Users must first contact support@eventspedia.in to resolve any billing concerns before initiating disputes.

6. SERVICE DELIVERY CLARIFICATION

All services provided by Eventspedia® are digital in nature and are considered delivered once:

Listing is published or activated
Advertisement goes live
Profile is visible on platform

Once delivered, the service is deemed consumed and is not eligible for refund.

7. POLICY UPDATES

Eventspedia® reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
