Eventspedia® is strictly a digital discovery and matchmaking directory. All commercial contracts and communications occur independently between the Customer and the listed Vendor.
- Eventspedia® does not provide event services, fabrication, venue management, or equipment directly.
- Eventspedia® does not act as an escrow agent, payment intermediary, or broker.
- Eventspedia® does not guarantee lead quality, vendor responses, or quote fulfillment.
- Eventspedia® operates on a strict Zero Commission model on bookings.
2. PROFILE CREATION & UNCLAIMED LISTINGS
- Vendor profiles are established by verified business owners or authorized representatives.
- Profiles may be indexed by Eventspedia® from verified public industry sources.
- Profiles may be generated in an unverified state through user-submitted reviews.
Unclaimed or unverified profiles exist publicly to preserve industry transparency and directory completeness.
3. USER REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers must provide accurate, verifiable contact details when submitting inquiries.
- Users must maintain strict confidentiality of their dashboard login credentials.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to enter into legal agreements under Indian law.
- Users agree not to misuse directory communication tools for spam or unauthorized solicitations.
4. CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE & TRANSACTION RISKS
Customers assume all risks associated with hiring, contracting, and making advance payments to listed vendors.
- Customers must independently verify vendor credentials, GST registrations, safety certifications, and insurance.
- Customers are solely responsible for executing formal written contracts and verifying payment terms directly with vendors.
- Eventspedia® / EMRG Solutions does not verify pricing accuracy or guarantee service fulfillment by any listed vendor.
5. REVIEWS & USER-GENERATED CONTENT
- Customers may post reviews reflecting genuine, firsthand service engagements.
- Reviews containing abusive, defamatory, or commercially motivated false claims are strictly prohibited.
- Vendors may report disputed reviews; Eventspedia® investigates through internal verification within established timelines.
- Eventspedia® reserves sole discretion to retain, edit, or remove any customer review.
6. AI, SCRAPING & DATA SECURITY SHIELD
STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Unauthorized web scraping, automated crawling, or extracting platform data for AI/LLM model training.
- No bulk harvesting of vendor contact numbers, email addresses, or media assets.
- No reverse engineering of platform search indexing, ranking, or recommendation algorithms.
- Violations will result in immediate IP blocking, account blacklisting, and legal recourse under the IT Act, 2000.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Eventspedia® (“Eventspedia®” or “EMRG Solutions”) shall NOT be liable for:
- Vendor non-performance, service delays, cancellations, or substandard execution.
- Monetary disputes, unpaid advances, fraudulent transactions, or financial losses between parties.
- Property damage, personal injury, or accidents occurring at vendor workshops or event sites.
- Cyber theft, unauthorized account access, or technical interruptions beyond reasonable security controls.
The total aggregate liability of Eventspedia® to any Customer shall under no circumstances exceed the total fees (if any) paid by the Customer to Eventspedia® during the applicable service period.
8. DATA PROCESSING & INQUIRY ROUTING
- Customer contact data submitted via inquiry forms is routed directly to the selected vendor to fulfill service requests.
- We do not sell personal identifying data to unrelated third-party advertisers.
- Data processing and storage comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and our Privacy Policy.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
- Parties agree to seek good-faith informal resolution with the Eventspedia® support desk prior to formal proceedings.
- All legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Exclusive jurisdiction shall reside solely with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
