HITEX offers a vast outdoor arena with five paved display areas and two open grounds to host outdoor exhibitions, large social events and gatherings.
The display areas can be used as exhibition space or converted into an additional hall while the open grounds can be used exclusively for outdoor exhibitions. These grounds are ideal for exhibits that demand the flexibility of a large venue.
Fair Park is a serene open area exclusively meant for high-profile corporate events and social gatherings. With landscaped gardens and picturesque surroundings, Fair Park is a perfect venue for hosting banquet dinners and intimate meetings.
HITEX offers conference halls and meeting rooms with state-of-the-art audiovisual and broadcasting technology, flexible seating, and ambient space for boardroom discussions, business meetings, seminars and large-scale international conferences and corporate events.
The multipurpose Conference Hall is designed to host expansive global conferences and international business conventions. The acoustically treated hall offers an interactive platform, making your experience worthwhile.

FREE WI-FI: HITEX provides all guests Free WIFI Internet connection as a convenience to stay connected. It’s free for the first 60 minutes, after which an Internet connection can be utilized through paid services.
Blackboard Restaurant: At Blackboard Restaurant – our on-site restaurant – you will find plenty of choices from our range of delicious food and fresh drinks in a vibrant ambience.
VIP LOUNGE: Luxurious, spacious & beautifully designed, the VIP lounge ensures a quiet spot of comfort for the organizers. A separate space is available to be used for media/press briefings.
ORGANIZER’S OFFICE: A full-service Organizer / Administrator Office is available in the HITEX to meet the needs of organizers and the admin department. Internet connectivity and audio-visual equipment are provided.
ATM: A convenience of 24/7 access to the ATMs inside the campus available for cash withdrawals & other transactions
PARAMEDIC CENTER: Inside the Trade Fair Office building of HITEX, we have a paramedic centre with a duty doctor available who would render medical consultation.
FOOD COURT: HITEX will take care of all your catering needs for the food court, as it has collaborated with M/s Bevgo Ventures for this very purpose.
