Eventspedia® (“Eventspedia®”, “we”, “us”, or “EMRG Solutions”) is an online discovery directory connecting event professionals with independent suppliers, technical crews, venues, and talent.

By accessing or using our platform, subdomains, and tools, you accept these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

• Visitors may freely browse verified listings and public category archives.
• Registered Users manage profile dashboards, lead routing, and media uploads.
• Listed Vendors operate strictly as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of Eventspedia® / EMRG Solutions.

Eventspedia® operates exclusively as an independent digital discovery directory and marketing showroom.

• We do not act as an event contractor, booking broker, or intermediary agent.
• We do not participate in quotations, payment escrow, contract drafting, or service delivery between parties.
• Listing placement does not guarantee minimum client inquiries, booking conversions, or project revenues.

• No guarantee of lead conversion, client solvency, or vendor service fulfillment.
• Zero responsibility or legal mediation in monetary, delivery, or contractual disputes.
• No liability for show-day cancellations, technical gear failures, weather delays, or property damage.
• All commercial engagements are executed at the user's sole risk and discretion.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into enforceable contracts.
• Users registering businesses must hold legal authority to bind their respective commercial entities.
• Users must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date business, tax (GSTIN), and contact credentials.
• All platform activities must comply fully with Indian laws and local municipal event regulations.

• Registered members are strictly responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.
• You must not share login credentials or grant unauthorized access to third parties.
• Notify support@eventspedia.in immediately upon detecting any suspected account compromise or unauthorized activity.

• Vendors grant Eventspedia® a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and promote uploaded listings, videos, and portfolio images across digital channels.
• Users confirm full intellectual property ownership or explicit commercial authorization for all submitted media.
• Eventspedia® reserves the right to remove any listing or content that violates guidelines without prior notice.

• Eventspedia® does not claim ownership over user-submitted assets (photos, equipment specs, brochures).
• Users warrant that published media does not infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights.
• Users agree to bear all legal costs, damages, and royalties arising from copyright claims on their uploaded content.
• Eventspedia® may sublicense media to delivery partners (such as CDNs and cache systems) solely for site performance.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following restricted actions:

• Publishing fake listings, misleading technical capabilities, or unverified portfolio setups.
• Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic database extraction from directory archives.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to breach platform authentication frameworks.
• Sending unsolicited commercial spam, automated bulk messaging, or mass WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Impersonating another business, event agency, or Eventspedia® scout/officer.

• No systematic extraction of vendor phone numbers, WhatsApp links, or portfolio media.
• No scraping of proprietary taxonomy structures (23 Main / 140+ Sub Categories).
• Violations trigger immediate IP blacklisting, membership termination, and statutory legal claims.

Eventspedia® uses internal algorithmic processes exclusively to enhance platform functionality:

• AI-assisted search indexing and micro-tag classification based on vendor equipment riders.
• Automated vendor location mapping and spam filter telemetry.
• Algorithmic listing performance optimization without selling private data to third parties.

Vendors applying for the Verified In-House Production Unit badge must provide verifiable proof of workshop facilities, fabrication machinery, warehousing, or owned technical inventories.

Directory listing memberships and featured category advertising are digital subscription services processed via Razorpay.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Eventspedia® (EMRG Solutions), its directors, officers, scouts, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from directory usage.

The total aggregate liability of Eventspedia® for any claim shall in no circumstance exceed the total membership fee (if any) paid by the user to Eventspedia® during the applicable subscription term.

• Users accessing the platform from outside India must comply with their local statutory event and tax laws.
• Cross-border technical inquiries and portfolio data transfers are secured via enterprise cloud infrastructure.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of India.
• Parties agree to seek good-faith informal mediation with our grievance desk prior to initiating formal legal claims.
• Exclusive legal jurisdiction resides solely with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• The prevailing party in litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal and attorney fees.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eventspedia® (EMRG Solutions), its directors, officers, and employees from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the directory.
• Infringement of third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Contractual or commercial disputes arising between you and an event client or vendor.

Failure by Eventspedia® to enforce strict compliance with any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future rights. If any provision is deemed unenforceable by a competent court, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Eventspedia® reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Significant updates will be reflected with a revised date. Continued platform use represents acceptance of updated terms.
