This Customer Agreement operates in complete synergy with our master directory policies:

• Eventspedia® does not supply event services, fabrication setups, or technical gear directly.
• Eventspedia® never acts as an escrow agent, broker, or financial intermediary.
• Eventspedia® does not guarantee vendor turnaround speeds or dynamic pricing quotes.
• Eventspedia® maintains a strict 0% Commission model on all client bookings.

Directory profiles are established through verified business registration, direct audits, or indexing from public industry records.

• Vendor profiles may be registered directly by verified equipment owners and crews.
• Profiles may be indexed from verified public industry data to ensure comprehensive supply chains.
• Unclaimed profiles exist publicly to preserve industry transparency across 23 Main Categories.

• Customers must supply authentic, verifiable contact credentials when submitting direct vendor inquiries.
• Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dashboard accounts.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter commercial contracts.
• Users agree never to misuse direct contact channels (Phone/WhatsApp) for unauthorized marketing or spam.

• Customers must independently verify vendor credentials, GSTIN certificates, and insurance coverage.
• Customers are solely responsible for executing formal written agreements and milestone payment structures.
• Eventspedia® / EMRG Solutions does not verify dynamic price quotes or guarantee show-day execution.

• Customers may submit reviews reflecting genuine, firsthand operational engagements with listed suppliers.
• Defamatory, abusive, or commercially motivated false reviews are strictly prohibited.
• Disputed feedback is investigated through our internal factual verification protocols.
• Eventspedia® retains sole editorial discretion to verify, retain, or remove customer feedback.

• No automated extraction of vendor contact hotlines, WhatsApp numbers, or media galleries.
• No reverse engineering of directory taxonomy structures or proprietary search algorithms.
• Violations trigger immediate IP blacklisting and statutory legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Eventspedia® (“Eventspedia®” or “EMRG Solutions”) shall NOT be liable for:

• Vendor non-performance, equipment failure, production delays, cancellations, or substandard execution.
• Financial disputes, unreturned advance payments, or monetary losses between contracting parties.
• Site damages, bodily injury, or structural accidents occurring at vendor workshops or event venues.
• Technical downtime or network outages beyond reasonable operational controls.

• Customer inquiries submitted via on-page forms are routed directly to the chosen vendor for direct communication.
• Eventspedia® never monetizes or sells customer contact information to third-party telemarketers.
• Data processing strictly follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act standards.

• Parties agree to seek good-faith informal mediation with our support desk prior to legal proceedings.
• All provisions in this agreement are governed exclusively by the laws of India.
• Exclusive legal jurisdiction resides solely with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
