This agreement is part of our integrated statutory governance framework for planners and sourcers:

• Eventspedia® does not provide event services, fabrication, venue management, or technical gear directly.
• Eventspedia® does not act as an escrow agent, payment intermediary, or broker.
• Eventspedia® does not guarantee lead response speeds, pricing quotes, or contract fulfillment by vendors.
• Eventspedia® operates on a strict Zero Commission model on client bookings.

Directory profiles are established through verified business owner registration, direct scouting audits, or indexing from public industry records.

• Vendor profiles may be registered and managed directly by verified business owners.
• Profiles may be indexed by Eventspedia® from verified public industry data to maintain complete event supply chains.
• Unclaimed or unverified profiles exist publicly to preserve industry transparency and directory completeness.

• Customers must provide accurate, verifiable contact credentials when initiating direct vendor inquiries.
• Users are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dashboard accounts.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into commercial agreements.
• Users agree never to misuse on-page messaging, email links, or WhatsApp triggers for spam or unauthorized solicitations.

• Customers must independently verify vendor credentials, GSTIN registrations, structural safety certificates, and insurance coverage.
• Customers are solely responsible for executing formal written agreements and setting milestone payment terms directly with suppliers.
• Eventspedia® / EMRG Solutions does not verify dynamic pricing accuracy or guarantee performance execution by any listed vendor.

• Customers may submit reviews reflecting genuine, firsthand operational engagements with listed vendors.
• Reviews containing abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or commercially motivated false statements are strictly prohibited.
• Vendors may contest disputed reviews; Eventspedia® investigates through internal factual verification protocols.
• Eventspedia® reserves sole editorial discretion to verify, retain, edit, or remove any customer review.

• No automated extraction of vendor contact hotlines, WhatsApp links, or portfolio media.
• No reverse engineering of directory search indexing, ranking algorithms, or category tags.
• Violations trigger immediate IP blacklisting and statutory legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Eventspedia® (“Eventspedia®” or “EMRG Solutions”) shall NOT be liable for:

• Vendor non-performance, equipment breakdown, show-day delays, cancellations, or substandard execution.
• Monetary disputes, unreturned advance payments, fraudulent transactions, or financial losses between parties.
• Property damage, physical injury, or structural accidents occurring at vendor workshops or event sites.
• Cyber theft, unauthorized account access, or technical downtime beyond reasonable operational controls.

The total aggregate liability of Eventspedia® to any Customer shall under no circumstances exceed the total fees (if any) paid by the Customer to Eventspedia® during the applicable service period.

• Customer contact information submitted via on-page inquiry forms is routed directly to the selected vendor to facilitate direct business communication.
• Eventspedia® never sells personally identifiable data to unrelated third-party marketing brokers.
• Data processing complies strictly with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and our Privacy Policy.

• Parties agree to seek good-faith informal mediation with our support desk prior to initiating formal proceedings.
• All legal disputes and customer interactions are governed exclusively by the laws of India.
• Exclusive jurisdiction resides solely with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
