I visited the Steel Construction Expo today, excited to engage and learn, especially since I had a valid pass. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of a supervising employee named Pandey. When I approached him as a visitor, he treated me with blatant disrespect. Despite explaining my purpose, he spoke to me rudely and refused me entry. When I reported this to Kishan Singh, hoping for some resolution, he dismissed my concerns with an arrogant attitude and cut the call abruptly, showing no willingness to address the issue. This lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff was disappointing and unacceptable. Such behavior reflects poorly on the event's management and creates a hostile environment for genuine visitors. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure better training and supervision of staff in the future.
